Police said they have arrested to Huntingdon residents after an investigation into an occupied vehicle at 233 West Davis St. on Dec. 24. According to a report Jordon Brown, 27, and Taylor Swope-Pagana, 20, both of Huntingdon, were found to be ingesting drugs in the vehicle with children in the backseat.
