The condition of a man shot three times in his lower back early Thursday morning remained unclear Friday, though it has been reported he's recovering at a Scranton hospital. Justin Murphy, 33, underwent surgery at Geisinger Community Medical Center after an altercation outside Lucky's Bar and Grill on South Main Avenue in Taylor ended in gunfire, borough police have said.
