An attorney for Carbondale filed a motion to dismiss the city and two officials from a lawsuit filed by the father of a man fatally shot by a former police officer. Attorney Christopher Boyle of King of Prussia argues a lawsuit Michael Molinaro Sr. filed in connection with the death of his son, Joseph Molinaro, fails to present sufficient facts to sustain claims against the city, its mayor and former police chief.
