Dr. Fay was valedictorian of Pittston Area High School Class of 2010. She was president of the Alpha Sigma Tau sorority at the University of the Sciences and a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor A daughter of Richard and Lynne Fay of Duryea, she is granddaughter of the late Richard and Elinore Cummings of Taylor.
