NORTH LONDONDERRY >> Nathan Welch, 21, of 538 N. Railroad St., Palmyra, was charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property in connection with the theft of $1,833 worth of electronic equipment, two televisions and other personal property from Palmyra United Zion Church, 1000 E. Oak St., last month. Welch is currently in Lebanon County prison on other charges, police said.
